Open Enrolment Training Courses

  • Courses are offered regularly during the year or on-demand
  • Courses offer a standard curriculum at an economical rate
  • Courses are charged by the participant and are most suitable for employees
  • Courses are delivered in either physical or virtual classroom

Web-based Consultations

  • Web-based consultations are offered on-demand to organizations who need training on specific topics
  • After learning about an organisation’s requirements, consultants provide demonstrations and advice on potential solutions

  • Purchases requires a minimum of 2 hours and are limited to 8 hours

On-Site Training Courses

  • On-site courses are offered to organisations that need to provide training to a team of individuals with a tailored curriculum
  • These courses are normally held at a client’s desired location and billed by the day and/or services required

  • Courses are subject to resource availability and are priced based on a combination of the below components:

  • After speaking with the trainer to develop the right course and schedule for the organisation, we will send a “Statement of Work” (SOW) defining the estimated cost and scope of the training
  • Once approved with a signature or purchase order, we will assign an instructor, coordinate logistics, and submit an initial invoice for training and expenses incurred prior to the training commencement

Trainer Profiles

Sew June Sung (Patrick) – FMP, CFM

A technology professional and FM services provider, he has been working in IT & FM industry for over 20 years. Over the years, he has successfully helped organizations from different industry sectors in the implementation of their Integrated Workplace & Total Infrastructure Management Systems using ARCHIBUS solutions. Some of these organizations include the Department of Estate & Development of Singapore Polytechnic (Archibus Space Management), Office of Estate and Development of National University of Singapore (Archibus Space Management), Facilities Development Department of Singapore General Hospital (Archibus Space Management), Corporate Services of Societe Generale Bank & Trust (Archibus Asset Management), Changi Water Reclamation Plant (Archibus Telecom Asset Management), Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Archibus Asset Management), and Ministry of Home Affairs (Archibus Asset Management) among others.

In these projects, he helped companies to assess opportunities of improvement, get commitment, create awareness and also define goals, purpose, and requirements for each milestone. He also made sure that the projects would be delivered according to the plan and client’s expectations.

To improve his competency and credibility in FM, he attained his Facility Management Professional (FMP) and Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credentials awarded by International Facility Management Association (IFMA) in 2019.

He has a strong interest in FM-related education and has been conducting FM-related training for education institutions and also Masterclasses for end users. His areas of specialization include BIM for FM, sustainable FM and Enterprise Information Modeling (EIM). Currently he is the Associate and Adjunct Lecturer for both Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) and Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) respectively.

He is also one of the contributors to Building Information Modeling (BIM) Guide for Asset Information Delivery initiated by Building Construction Authority (BCA), Singapore.

Currently he is serving as the Vice Chairman for Strategy & Innovation Committee for International Facility Management Association (IFMA) S18ingapore Chapter / Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA).

Digital Transformation Specialist

He is a FM Data & Systems Specialist with experience in setting up and managing the operations & integration of a number of top IWMS Systems with ERP, BMS, IoT Infrastructure, Data Lake and AI for Predictive/Prescriptive Maintenance.

Professional Training

He has been a trainer for Training-Asia for Real Estate and Facility Management masterclasses.
